Thanks for the subtitles!

I have been wanting to thank all the people who make the subtitle pages possible for their effort and dedication for some time. Without them, today we would not have started watching the magnificent third season of Lost in Spain, nor would we have finished watching Heroes or Prison Break.

What these people do is really admirable, since it is very likely that every time they translate a chapter, it loses all its fun for them because it is possible that they do not understand everything the first time and have to see the same part repeatedly.

Así se subtitula

Subtitling is a fairly heavy task, since it requires synchronizing the subtitles with the exact version of the chapter we want to see, frame by frame. As you can see in the previous image, first you put the exact place (temporarily speaking) where the text that is placed below takes place and that corresponds to the dialogues. We have to be extremely careful because if we make a mistake with the timing, the subtitles will not match the voices. It may not be the most difficult job in the world, but it requires a lot of patience and dedication.

In particular, I would like to thank LostZilla for the Lost subtitles, Héroes Foro for the Heroes subtitles, and Behind the Walls for the Prison Break. I hope you continue doing things so well for a long time ;)
