The city of Königsberg, populous and wealthy capital of Prussia and home of the famous philosopher Immanuel Kant, became famous due to the arrangement of its bridges, which gave rise to a game that attracted the attention of the most famous mathematicians. Today, Königsberg is called Kalingrad and is a city in Russia.
The city is crossed by a river, and in the middle of the river we find two islands that are connected to the banks and to each other by 7 bridges, as shown in the image.
The inhabitants of Konigsberg wondered if it would be possible to take a walk that would cover all 7 bridges without repeating any of them (and, of course, without getting wet). What do you think? The solution… tomorrow.
