Continuing the analysis of the season finales of the series, it is the turn of āThe Lost Room.ā (I had planned to make just one post with the 4 analyzes but they are too big for me). Like the previous entry, it is full of spoilers.
I didnāt start watching this series long ago. The truth is that I started watching it purely by chance, but at first I was hooked. The plot was entertaining and left me wanting moreā¦ until the last chapter, because with this chapter they screwed up big time.
In the episode, Joe Miller has to find the guest in the room, and he finds him in an asylum. Meanwhile, the ābad guyā (I donāt remember his name) tries to resurrect his son by doing an experiment with the room, he is trapped and nothing more is heard from him.
Dr. Martin Rubber appears in a hospital, where he tells a woman that he is the messiah and she believes him without a momentās hesitation (This is called the power of conviction). Nothing more is heard from him again.
Joe Miller takes the guest to the room and supposedly kills him, becoming an object. He opens the bedroom door, takes out his daughter and nothing more is known.
My verdict: The series started well, but despite leaving many questions unanswered, it fails to hold my attention. The sequence of events at the end is too fast and poorly developed.
