The Dark Knight (The Dark Knight) is the last Batman movie. I just came back from the cinema to see it, and I can say without fear of being wrong that it is the best Batman movie so far, and I think the longest, since it lasts just over two and a half hours.
Two and a half hours in which things keep happening and are not boring at all (unlike many other long films.
The sadly deceased Heath Ledger plays without a doubt the best role of his career and I am sure that he will win the Oscar posthumously, playing the best Joker so far, well above that of Jack Nicholson, whom the years have not done well for.

The action scenes are just and necessary, something that is very appreciated nowadays. Furthermore, the characters of both Batman, Joker and Harvey Dent (His Two Faces) are totally believable and blend perfectly throughout the film and with the plot.
The Dark Knight has an unpredictable plot and some moments that will remain engraved in the viewerās memory (when you see the hospital scene, youāll tell me).
In short, The Dark Knight is a Batman movie that you should not miss, because it does not disappoint and is possibly the best movie of the year.
