Llega a resultar molesto y antiestético.
But Firefox does not offer to organize the status bar by default, unlike the bookmarks or navigation buttons, for example. That’s why there is the add-on Organize Status Bar, which allows you to reorder that bunch of annoying icons.
After installing it and restarting the browser, you can access the extension through Tools » Add-ons » Organize Status Bar, or more conveniently by clicking on Tools » Reorganize Status Bar (OSB). A small pop-up window will appear and list the name of the different icons that appear in your bar, in addition to making all those that are invisible appear. You simply have to click on one of them and move it to the left (“Move Up”) or to the right (Move Down) to rearrange it, or hide it permanently. Maybe the presentation and interface are not the most beautiful, but it does its job perfectly.
Organize Status Bar works, officially, from Firefox 1.0 to version 3.6.*, but it also does not present problems in 4.0b12, the last beta known to date of the new version of the browser.
