Playstation Network shut down by Sony

Playstation Network Si estos días habéis tenido problemas de nuevo para conectaros a Playstation Network (PSN), es totalmente normal, después de un gran revuelo este fin de semana por fin todo se ha aclarado.

We explain exactly what happened this weekend:

  • At first**, it seemed like there were simply problems with the PSN servers**. Later Sony declared that a group had attacked the online gaming network. Hinting that the person responsible was Anonymous who had attacked PSN previously. He then edited these statements.
  • A few hours later, Anonymous declared that they were not responsible for said attack, since they already declared that they would not harm the end user again.
  • Sony finally acknowledged that after an unauthorized entry into the system, the servers on which PSN is hosted had been disconnected to investigate whether the security of users and the system was compromised.

We do not understand why Sony did not tell the truth from the beginning, creating doubts among users due to an event that could have come to light immediately.

As a result and collateral damage, two Capcom games that include DRM, Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 and Final Fight: Double Impact have been completely blocked, not allowing anyone to play since they require being online to run them.
