It seems that lately we are at the peak of American series, because in a very short time many high-quality series are being broadcast. Heroes is one of them.
Heroes is a series about people who little by little discover that they have special powers, such as teleporting, flying or becoming invisible. Each one uses their powers as best suits them, but they all have a common goal: save? the city of New York from the explosion of an atomic bomb while an assassin named Sylar kills them one by one.
The series is very engaging, and the intrigue of some chapters is comparable to that of Lost, although each one has its own style.
The great influences it has on comics can be seen from the first chapters, in which allusions are made to Marvel and in the paintings that Isaac, one of the characters, paints.
This week, chapter 19: āPercentā will be broadcast in the US, while in Spain I think they are going for chapter 10. I highly recommend this series, I am sure it will not disappoint you.
