I have tried to maintain an objective view of everything that is happening this season in Formula 1, trying not to blindly side with Alonso and against Hamilton, as I did the other day when I talked about that alleged illegal maneuver by the English driver. But everything that has happened today has shown that although many people want to deny that there is a plot against Fernando Alonso and call him a victimist, a pimp and an arrogant person, the facts speak for themselves.
It is not normal that in the first rounds of the classification Alonso made some great times, staying ahead of his teammate and that in the last round he was 6 tenths behind Hamilton! Furthermore, the difference with which the mechanics and Ron Dennis celebrate the victories of one or another driver is a matter of judgment, because they donāt even bother to hide it a bit.
But outside of his team things are not better. Today, the president of the FIA, Bernie Eclestone said the following:
āIt is obvious that the right person to win the world championship is Lewis. In fact, my main fear is that he will not win it. Kimi Raikkonen barely talks to anyone and has done little for this sport, and as for Fernando Alonso, in his two years as world champion he has done nothing.ā
What do you want me to tell you? It doesnāt seem normal to me that the person who controls everything (including the commissioners who impose sanctions on the circuits) says something like that, because if he wants Hamilton to win so much, he should change the name of Formula 1 to Formula Hamilton and compete against bus drivers, who will surely win.
Anyway, if this is sport, let God come down and seeā¦ Iām not surprised that Alonso ended up explodingā¦
