As I had said, today, from 11 in the morning to 1:30 p.m., the demonstration in favor of the regulation of information technology took place in Oviedo. Nobody knew exactly how many people would attend the mobilization and in the end I think we were all satisfied since the participation was massive.
4 buses full of I.T. students arrived from Gijón. Computing and Higher Education of Gijón with about 200 people or so, while in Oviedo we were waiting for students from Oviedo, teachers and professionals in the sector. In total we would be about 2,000 people more or less, who blocked Muñoz Degrain and Calvo Sotelo streets for a while, to the chagrin of all the drivers in the center of Oviedo :)
Apparently, in the rest of Spain there have also been many mobilizations and mobilized people, and apparently in La CoruƱa the nearly 3,000 protesters have also made quite a noise, especially if we compare it with other cities with many more inhabitants and students who seem not to have had the size they should have.
Letās hope itās of some use.
