I think we are all going to benefit from this law, although we will have to see that the bar owners respect it and that justice has a tough hand with the establishments that do not do so. It is stupid to read that this measure will ruin bars and restaurants because people will go outside to smoke, but the point is to look for the faults in something that only has one, as they commented in the article I wrote about tobacco a long time ago: this measure is a sovereign bitch for those who had to adapt their premises to the previous law, which They will have spent the money foolishly.
Iām happy, but we have to be cautious, because I still donāt know who will be held responsible if a customer smokes. Will the establishment be sanctioned, forcing it to warn consumers that smoking is not allowed? Or will the client be held responsible? The first option seems more feasible to me, because the second would require a āGestapoā to inform the authorities that someone is committing a crime (although given the government we have, it would not be too far-fetched).
Congratulations to the non-smokers, the shop assistants/waiters of the establishments and the smokers. Your health is about to improve and your rooms will smell better after going out to the bars.
